Neighbours Connected at the Quay

Last Wednesday evening, the Quayside Community Board hosted Connect at the Quay — an evening designed to bring neighbours, city officials, and community leaders together. The energy in the room was inspiring as more than 60 people shared ideas, built connections, and celebrated what makes our community special.

A huge thank you goes out to the QCB volunteers who organized the event, and to Dehl’s Gourmet, who generously hosted us with a warm atmosphere and amazing food.

Your Feedback Matters
At the event, we invited attendees to share their thoughts through a short survey. Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide feedback. Your input helps guide the QCB’s priorities and activities. You can view the slido survey results below.

How to Get Involved
The Quayside Community Board is here to support and strengthen our neighbourhood. If you are looking for ways to connect further, here are a few options:

  • Explore our website and catch up on past meeting minutes.
  • Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay current on our activities and community news.
  • Join us at a future meeting. If you’d like an invitation, email us at info@quaysideboard.com with your request to attend.

We are so grateful to everyone who made Connect at the Quay a success. Events like this show what is possible when neighbours come together. We look forward to building on this momentum in the months ahead.

We recognize and respect that New Westminster is on the unceded and unsurrendered land of the Halkomelem-speaking peoples. We acknowledge that colonialism has made invisible their histories and connections to the land.
