Welcome to Your Quayside Community Board.
The QUAYSIDE COMMUNITY BOARD (QCB) is comprised of one delegate and one alternate from all eighteen residential buildings in the geographical location known as 'The Quayside' in New Westminster, BC, Canada. The Quayside [Key-side] Community Board is a dedicated group of members representing just over 2200 units and an estimated 4500 plus individual residents in this close-knit community. QUAYSIDE is a jewel on the Fraser River and the board is dedicated to keeping it as such. Meeting on the last Wednesday of each month, this board works on issues and matters related to the well-being of their community. In addition, the board works with local and surrounding businesses to ensure that the members of the overall community continue to live in an area that is clean, safe, managed and above all enjoyable.
The Quayside Community Board is devoted to: Representing Residents, Community Issues, Assisting Strata Corporations, Housing Cooperatives and Community Planning for the Quayside area. The Quayside Community Board

Tis the Season for …QCB’s ANNUAL LIGHT UP THE QUAY!
Every year the residents of the Quayside community are encouraged to LIGHT UP THE QUAY with lights and other holiday illuminations in an effort to make the QUAY the most spectacular Candy Cane Lane in New Westminster. From lobbies to balconies, each holiday season the lights get bigger and better – bringing a smile to those strolling along the Quay Promenade or Quayside Drive.
So after Remembrance Day on November 11th , get those light displays up and make the Quay the place to be this holiday season!

Local Not-for-Profits Holiday Events Worth Supporting This November
In the past the QCB has worked with, and supported through donations, these two incredible not-for-profits. Everyone knows of the good work both have done over the years and this holiday season we encourage you to continue this support by attending their events….here is more on their up-coming November events!
[NOVEMBER 15] Not everyone knows of the GROUP of FIVE & Friends based here in New Westminster, but many have reaped the benefits of their great work in the community. This group raises funds to purchase equipment [not a penny goes to administrative costs] for various departments at Royal Columbian Hospital. Your support at their November 15th event at Centennial Lodge in Queens Park will help purchase 6 Patient Recliners and a Suture Overhead light…so donate or go to their ‘Tis The Season To Sparkle’ event – you will find incredible holiday gifts and decorations that will make any tree sparkle this holiday season. The LIONS have a great night planned for you to enjoy with Silent Auctions Door Prizes, 50/50 Draws – topped off with a quenching cold beer and hot juicy burger!
